Privacy policy

What personal data the site collects, what it is used for, who it is passed to and how to withdraw consent.

Version of September 12, 2026.

1. General

This policy describes what personal data the operator receives through the site ramires.world, why it is processed and how it is protected. The document follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

Data operator: Sole trader D. S. Demchuk, INN —, OGRNIP 319253600051222, address —.

By using the site the visitor accepts this policy. If the terms do not suit you, please do not use the site. Separate consent to processing is given by ticking the box in the order, registration or subscription form — without that tick the form is not sent.

2. What data is collected

  • At checkout: name, phone, e-mail address, city, delivery address or pick-up point, order note.
  • At registration: name, e-mail address, phone and a password hash. The password itself is unknown to the operator and is not stored.
  • On subscribing: e-mail address, the date and IP address of the consent, and each of the two consents separately.
  • Through the contact form: name, contact details and the text of the message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, cookies for the session, the cart and the wishlist.

The operator does not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data. Bank card details are never requested, processed or stored: online payment is not connected on the site.

3. Purposes of processing

  • placing, confirming, packing and delivering an order;
  • contacting the buyer about an order, a return or an exchange;
  • running the customer account and order history;
  • sending e-mails about new collections and arrivals — only with separate consent;
  • operating the cart, the wishlist and sign-in;
  • aggregated, anonymised traffic statistics;
  • meeting the duties placed on the seller by law.

Data is not used for decisions taken solely by automated processing and is not passed on for advertising by other companies.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out under Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ: the consent of the data subject and the performance of the retail purchase contract to which the buyer is a party. Marketing e-mails are sent under Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising” — with the prior consent of the recipient.

5. Disclosure to third parties

The operator passes on data only to the extent needed to fulfil an order:

  • to delivery services — CDEK, Russian Post, the courier service: recipient name, phone, delivery address or pick-up point;
  • to the e-mail provider — the e-mail address and the contents of the order or subscription message;
  • to the hosting provider on whose equipment the site database is held.

Data is not passed to anyone else, not sold and not published. The exception is cases directly provided for by law: a request from a court or from investigative or other authorised bodies.

6. Cookies and statistics

Cookies let the site remember the contents of the cart and the wishlist, keep you signed in and avoid showing the cookie notice twice. Without them the cart would be emptied on every page you open.

Cookies can be switched off in the browser settings. Some parts of the site will then stop working: the cart, the wishlist and signing in.

7. Storage periods

  • order data — for the period the law sets for sales records, and in any case no less than five years from the order date;
  • account data — until the account is deleted at its owner’s request;
  • a subscriber’s address — until unsubscribing; afterwards only the record of the refusal is kept, so that no further e-mails are sent;
  • contact form messages — one year;
  • server logs — no more than ninety days.

8. Rights of the data subject

The owner of the data has the right to obtain information about its processing, to require it to be corrected, blocked or erased, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Requests go to ramiresv@list.ru or by phone to —. State the details that let the operator identify you: name, e-mail address and, for an order enquiry, the order number. The answer is given within thirty days at the latest.

Withdrawing consent to the newsletter is simpler: every e-mail carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately and asks for no reasons. Withdrawing consent to the processing of order data does not cancel the duty to keep the records of a completed sale.

9. Protection measures

  • data travels between the browser and the site over HTTPS;
  • passwords are stored as an irreversible hash;
  • access to the administrative part of the site is limited to accounts with a password and brute-force protection;
  • the database is reachable only from the site server, through a separate account with limited rights;
  • backups are kept on the same server with restricted access.

The operator takes reasonable protection measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit over the internet for reasons beyond the operator’s control.

10. Changes to this policy

The operator may amend this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the version date is given at the top of the document. Material changes are additionally announced to subscribers by e-mail.

11. Contacts

Questions about the processing of personal data: ramiresv@list.ru, phone —, postal address —.
