Worldwide shipping: cost, lead times and how an order is sent. Made-to-order tailoring and payment.
Delivery
RAMIRES ships worldwide. At checkout you choose the country of delivery and leave the address; the shipping cost is not calculated on the site — a manager confirms it together with the order.
Shipping to your country starts at $20 per kilogram — please confirm the exact amount with a manager. Lead time is from one week to one month, depending on the country and the carrier; a manager confirms the dates as well.

How an order travels
- You place the order on the site and choose the country of delivery.
- We confirm availability and write to you with the shipping cost and the lead time for your country.
- Once everything is agreed, the parcel is handed to the carrier and you receive the tracking number by e-mail.
The e-mail sent right after checkout confirms that the order has been received, not that it has shipped. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are confirmed on the next working day.
Made to order
Every RAMIRES piece is cut for you after the order is confirmed — nothing is kept in stock and sent off the shelf. Production takes three working days and is counted before shipping. A manager will tell you the exact date when confirming the order.
Payment
Payment is made by card. Once the order is confirmed, the manager sends a payment link together with the shipping cost for your country. Card details are entered on the bank’s page: we never see them and never ask for them, neither by e-mail nor in a chat.
Important order information
All items in our brand are made to order. Therefore, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before placing an order, we recommend consulting with our manager — they will help you choose the correct size and take all your measurements into account to ensure a perfect fit. Write to ramiresv@list.ru or message the brand on Telegram: we reply within one working day.
Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipping, so you receive a piece of flawless craftsmanship.
Customs and duties
Customs duties and import taxes are set by the country of delivery and are not included in the price of the order. They are paid by the recipient on arrival. A manager will tell you the documents that travel with the parcel.
Please inspect the order on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, open the parcel in front of the courier and have the damage recorded in a report — a claim against the carrier is settled faster that way.
