Terms of sale

The public offer for retail purchase: placing an order, price and payment, delivery, made-to-order tailoring, liability of the parties.

Version of September 12, 2026.

This document is a public offer by Sole trader D. S. Demchuk (the seller) to conclude a contract of retail purchase at a distance on the terms set out below. The offer is addressed to any individual placing an order on the site ramires.world.

Placing an order means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms under Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is placed.

1. Terms used

  • Site — the online shop at ramires.world.
  • Seller — Sole trader D. S. Demchuk, INN —, OGRNIP 319253600051222, address —.
  • Buyer — an individual placing an order on the site for purposes unrelated to business activity.
  • Goods — the items of womenswear presented on the site.
  • Order — the list of goods chosen by the buyer and submitted through the site cart.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The seller transfers the goods into the buyer’s ownership; the buyer accepts the goods and pays for them on the terms of this offer.

2.2. The goods are sold at a distance: the buyer studies the description, photographs, composition and measurements on the site without examining the goods in person — except when collecting an order with a fitting.

2.3. Photographs convey the appearance of the goods with a possible deviation in colour caused by screen settings. A difference of shade for this reason is not a defect of the goods.

3. Placing an order

3.1. Orders are placed on the site by the buyer, with or without registering an account. The buyer gives a name, a phone number, an e-mail address, and a delivery method and address.

3.2. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details given. The seller is not liable for a delay in delivery caused by an error in the address or the phone number.

3.3. After checkout an e-mail with the order number and its contents is sent to the address given. The e-mail confirms that the order has been received, not that the goods are in stock.

3.4. The seller contacts the buyer to confirm the order and check availability. If an item has sold out, the seller offers a replacement or cancels the line and refunds it if it has been paid for.

3.5. The seller may refuse an order where there are clear signs of bad faith: repeated refusal of delivered parcels, orders to non-existent addresses, or attempts at resale.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices are given in United States dollars. Taxes and duties charged in the buyer’s country are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

4.2. Prices may change. The price applied to an order is the one in force at the moment it was placed; a later change of price on the site does not affect a placed order.

4.3. The cost of delivery is not part of the price of the goods; it is calculated at checkout and shown in the order as a separate line.

4.4. Payment is made by bank card. The seller sends the buyer a payment link once the order is confirmed; card details are entered on the bank’s side and are not passed to the seller. The seller never asks for card details, neither by e-mail nor in a chat.

4.5. The obligation to pay is considered performed when the seller receives the funds.

5. Delivery

5.1. Collection from the pick-up point, courier delivery in Moscow, delivery by CDEK and by Russian Post are available. Prices and lead times are given on the “Delivery and payment” page and at checkout. Delivery outside Russia is arranged individually and quoted before the order is confirmed.

5.2. Delivery times are counted in working days from the confirmation of the order and depend on the delivery service. Times announced by a carrier are not guaranteed by the seller.

5.3. An order placed for collection is held at the pick-up point for three days from confirmation. After that the order returns to sale.

5.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the buyer or to a person named by them.

5.5. The buyer must inspect the goods on delivery. Claims about visible damage to the packaging or the contents are accepted provided they are recorded in the presence of the carrier’s representative.

6. Made to order, exchange and return

6.1. Goods are produced to the buyer’s order: cutting and sewing start after the order is confirmed, and the size and measurements are agreed with a manager before the work begins.

6.2. Goods produced to the buyer’s order have individually determined properties and can be used only by the buyer who ordered them. Under clause 4 of Article 26.1 of Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I of 7 February 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, goods of sound quality made this way are not returned or exchanged.

6.3. The buyer may cancel an order before the seller has started cutting by writing to ramiresv@list.ru. Any sum paid is then refunded by the same means the payment was taken.

6.4. If the goods prove defective, the buyer may act under Article 18 of the same law: demand a replacement, a proportionate reduction of the price, free repair of the defect, or a refund. Shipping of defective goods is paid by the seller. This right is set by law and is not limited by clause 6.2.

7. Rights and duties of the parties

7.1. The seller must hand over goods matching their description on the site within the agreed time, inform the buyer about the goods and the terms of purchase, and keep personal data secure.

7.2. The seller may change the range, prices and delivery terms without prior notice, keeping the terms of orders already placed.

7.3. The buyer must give accurate details, accept and pay for the order, and read these terms before placing it.

7.4. The buyer may ask about the status of an order and cancel it before the seller has started cutting.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable for non-performance under the law of the Russian Federation.

8.2. The seller is not liable for delays caused by delivery services, payment systems or telecom operators, nor for the site being unavailable for reasons beyond the seller’s control.

8.3. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.

8.4. Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing agreement, in the manner established by the law of the Russian Federation. A claim is sent to ramiresv@list.ru and considered within ten working days.

9. Personal data

9.1. By placing an order the buyer consents to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in the site privacy policy.

9.2. Data is processed to perform the contract and passed to delivery services to the extent needed to hand over the order.

9.3. Consent to receive e-mails about new collections is given separately and is not a condition of purchase.

10. Validity and changes

10.1. The offer is valid from the moment it is published on the site until it is withdrawn by the seller.

10.2. The seller may change the terms of the offer. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page. The version applied to an order is the one in force when it was placed.

10.3. If a single provision of the offer is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
