Newsletter consent

What the e-mails contain, what data is collected on subscribing, why there are two separate consents and how to unsubscribe.

Version of September 12, 2026.

This page explains how the RAMIRES newsletter works, what data is collected and how to stop receiving it. It also gives the text of the consent confirmed by the boxes in the subscription form.

What the e-mails contain

  • new collections and individual arrivals;
  • styles coming back into stock;
  • changes to delivery, payment and return terms.

E-mails go out no more than once or twice a month. There are no e-mails without a reason, no greetings and no abandoned-cart reminders. Order e-mails — confirmation, status changes, tracking numbers — are not part of the newsletter and arrive regardless of the subscription.

What data is collected

  • the e-mail address given in the form;
  • the date and time the consent was given;
  • the IP address the form was sent from;
  • each of the two consents separately.

The date and the IP address are kept as evidence that consent was given: without them the seller cannot show that the e-mails are lawful. No name, phone number or other data is required to subscribe.

Two consents and why they are separate

The subscription form in the site footer has two separate boxes:

  1. Consent to the processing of personal data — under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006. It allows the e-mail address and the subscription records to be stored.
  2. Consent to receive e-mails about new collections — under Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”. It allows marketing e-mails to be sent.

The consents are separate on purpose: they rest on different grounds and carry different rights. The first can stay in force while the second is withdrawn — the data remains, the e-mails stop. Neither box is ticked in advance; both are ticked by hand. Without both ticks the form is not sent.

How the subscription is confirmed

Once the form is sent, an e-mail with a confirmation link arrives at the address given. Until the link is followed the subscription stays “awaiting confirmation” and no newsletter is sent to that address. This keeps an address out of the list if it was entered by mistake or by someone else.

If the e-mail has not arrived within a few minutes, please check the spam folder. A repeat e-mail can be requested by writing to ramiresv@list.ru.

How to unsubscribe

Every e-mail carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately, without signing in and without asking for reasons. After unsubscribing only the record of the refusal is kept — so that the address is not added again.

You can also unsubscribe by writing to ramiresv@list.ru with “unsubscribe” in the subject line; in that case the record is made by hand within one working day.

Storage and disclosure

A subscriber’s address is kept until they unsubscribe. The e-mail address is passed only to the e-mail provider through which the messages are sent; it is not given to other companies, not sold and not used to advertise third parties.

The text of the consent

By ticking the boxes in the subscription form the visitor confirms:

“I consent to Sole trader D. S. Demchuk, INN —, processing the e-mail address I have given, together with the date and IP address of the form submission — collection, recording, storage, correction, use and erasure — for the purpose of sending informational and marketing messages about goods and collections. This consent is given until it is withdrawn and may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in an e-mail or by a statement sent to ramiresv@list.ru. I confirm that I have read the site privacy policy and that the e-mail address given belongs to me.”
