Questions about an order

So that the answer comes at once, quote the order number from the confirmation e-mail and the e-mail address the order was placed with. The status of an order is also visible in your account, together with its contents, total and tracking number.

For questions about a size, a fabric or care, name the style — we will send the garment measurements across all sizes and advise on the fit. Every piece is made to order, so there is no return or exchange — the terms are set out on the “Delivery and payment” page. If something is wrong with the item, attach photographs to your e-mail.

Wholesale enquiries, shoot proposals and joint projects go to the same address ramiresv@list.ru with “partnership” in the subject line. Please state the company, the volume and the dates in the first e-mail: that way the answer comes with a quote rather than with further questions.
